Words a gamer never wants to see...

Never fun losing a save file... thankfully I save often and only lost about 30 minutes of progress.
I'm having the worst luck trying to get through Fallout New Vegas. If it's not randomly freezing, it's the black screen of death instead of the loading screen happening way too often.  I just want to get this game done with and back on the shelf.
Seems to be like the game was rushed... even some of the textures are fail:

I don't mean to nitpick too much... it's not that bad of a game when it's fully functional, hehe.  I just finished my 4th ending playthrough so all I have left are some more collectibles, grinding, and the rest of the DLC.  

It's been super crazy hot this week. Not used to this type of weather where I live in Portland, Oregon. Average temps for summer are around 80F/27C but today is quite toasty with it being around 95F/35C. I do live underground where it stays somewhat cool but there isn't any a/c... so it's quite warm especially with the Xbox, TV, and PC all on. Is it autumn yet? Because I'm so ready! 
To help keep me cool and hydrated, I've been drinking sparkling clementine juice like crazy... so yummy!

A couple of days ago my internet was down for a few hours, so I decided to watch some of my imported Top Gear DVDs. This is my favorite show of all time, love it! I can watch episodes over and over and those guys always make me laugh.

If any of my friends ever need a 48 hour trial code for Xbox Gold, let me know!
