Here is the machine I plan on using.
To be honest... there's not much I'd want to "fix" in my life to warrant a true New Year's resolution... I don't smoke, drink, gamble, have anger issues, etc... I'm just a happy gamer. Okay well I'd like to get in better shape but I'm pretty healthy. :) So I've created myself a challenge...
I love a good challenge. Setting a goal for myself to reach 100,000 Xbox gamerscore may either sound pathetic or awesome. You decide... I prefer AWESOME! :) Pacing myself is key so I don't get burnt out... so hopefully I'll make it before or during Extra Life 2012.
I have to admit that it's quite nice having a boyfriend that loves to play and owns a huge library of Xbox games (took me forever to alphabetize them all). Gamefly will also be my friend this year. I know that 100k isn't much to a true gamerscore hunter but seeing that I've only had my Xbox since Sept 2010, my gamerscore is pretty impressive, I think. Of course not as impressive as Stallion83 but I'm doing the best I can. :D
There are no rules, this is a goal that I've given myself. The games I plan on playing are for fun but of course there will be some pure "GS whoring" games in the mix. Okay there is one rule, I refuse to play any Kinect games.
If anyone would like to join the race, let me know... then it'll be super fun! I will be posting a new article along with a picture with every milestone that I reach. If you would like to track my progress more closely, I created a challenge on trueachievements here.

That sounds like such a monster goal !!! That means like 38 full games in one year, and that blows my mind. If you accomplish that goal, you will have earned some serious, hardcore respect. I would "join your race", but I just hit 30K myself, so I think you already won this one !! Good luck !!
