My Game Keeps Flipping Me Off!

So today I decided to relax and play another one of my Japanese visual novels.
Tomorrow I'm leaving for a week long vacation in California so I didn't want to start anything lengthy.  Drives me bonkers starting a game and not being able to finish it right away.  :D

The name of the game is 11eyes CrossOver.  Your standard JP visual novel, you make text selections to progress the story on different paths, think "Choose Your Own Adventure" style.  Most follow the same formula and style.  I can say the same for this one except for one thing that keeps getting my attention.
I keep getting flipped off.

I'm not sure why... here's one of the 20+ times I got flipped off today...

Even the chick with a big rack flipped me off.

This red haired kid likes to flip me off and he picks his nose a lot.

Time to 1000 this game, 6 hours.
I'm almost done... and I'm sure I'll get flipped off a few more times until it's complete.
